What are the delivery options and how long are the order processing time?
Upon placing the order, your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. The production lead time varies on the type of item.

Non-Personalised items : 1-3 working days
Personalised items : 4-5 working days
Customised items : 4-5 working days (after artwork confirmation)

The following are the available delivery options: 

1) Singpost Normal Mailing :
Within 3 to 9 working day upon dispatch. Fixed price at $2 per parcel. There will not be any tracking number provided upon dispatch. The parcel will be delivered straight to your mailbox. 
Please note that we shall take no responsibility if there parcel is lost during transit if you choose this method.

2) Singpost Smartpac Delivery: (Free for orders above $40)
Within 2 to 4 working day upon dispatch. Fixed price at $4 per parcel. Tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. The parcel will be delivered straight to your mailbox. 
If you do not receive the parcel within 4-5 working days after dispatch, please contact us.

Do we ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
